Terms of use

The portal is provided by the organisation that invited you (the “organisation”). Sababa CRM is the software used to run it. Program decisions, forms, and your relationship with the organisation are between you and that organisation.

Sababa Portal lets invited members manage a profile, linked children where applicable, program enrolment, and forms the organisation assigns. Access is by invitation. Creating an account does not guarantee a place on a program.

Keep your login details confidential and use information that is accurate and current. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell the organisation if you think someone else has used it.

If you add or manage children, you confirm you have authority to do so and that the information you provide about them is accurate. You are responsible for their portal use under your account.

Forms, waivers, medical details, and similar documents are collected by the organisation. Completing a form in the portal is the same as giving that information to them. Program-specific consents sit in those forms, not in these terms.

Do not misuse the portal, attempt to access other people’s data, or submit content that is unlawful or misleading. The organisation may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken or if access is no longer needed.

The portal is provided as-is. Features, hours of access, and content may change. We and the organisation are not liable for downtime, lost data, or decisions made from information in the portal, except where the law does not allow that limit.

The organisation holds personal information you and they enter (including about children). How they use it follows their own notices and applicable privacy law. Ask them if you have a privacy question.

These terms may be updated. The date above will change when they do. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised terms. Stop using the portal and contact the organisation if you do not agree.
